Is there an easy way to format your posts that I don't know about?
Whenever I try to add pictures, for one, it only lets me upload 5 at a time which I think is too few and very annoying so I barely put more than that ever because it frustrates me. Also, when I do add pictures, it reverses the order that I tried to upload them in and also only puts them at the top of my post. While this is really irritating, I have learned to just upload them in a backwards order and add them first so I can add the text later and hope that it looks okay. 3rd, or 4th, or whatever I'm on, I cannot copy and paste pictures in a post. For instance, I just created this gigantic post and spent tons of time formatting it how I thought was going to look right only I realized that I needed to make two of the pictures at the bottom smaller. When I tried to delete those and add new ones, it only put the pictures at the top of the post, where they don't make sense, and wouldn't let me copy and paste them to the place I actually wanted them. Do you guys know how to operate this blogpost junk better than I do? Because if you do, I'd love some help. I kind of don't even want to blog anymore because it really wears on my nerves.

I don't have much advice, unfortunately...some things really annoy me too. But, I have found that I can't copy/paste in Internet Explorer, but I can in Firefox.
Edit using the HTML feature. It is so much easier. I don't use blogger to upload pictures anymore. I use Picasa and then insert the picture link into the HTML. It works 100 times better. Blogger already stores your pictures in Picasa so just sign in under your user name and there are all your pictures. Try it is is super easy.
It adds all the pictures at the top for me as well. I can see where each picture ends and I always use the shortcuts (apple C and apple V)to copy and paste them where I want. THen I preview my blog before I post and to make sure the pictures are in the right place. Thats about all the advice I have. It usually takes FOREVER to load more than one picture at a time on my blog, so I just do one at a time, then copy and paste it into its spot. (Leave extra spaces in my writing so I know where it is going, then delete the spaces once the picture is in)
I am frustrated too!
Oh man, I wish I could help because I too have been uber frustrated with blogger. I have thought about using wordpress instead once I reach 100 posts or something...but I like Jolynn's suggestion.
This has been bugging me too! Especially on the last blog update I did.
It sounds like you're on the old uploader. From your Dashboard, click Settings. On the "Basic" tab, scroll to the bottom and check the bubble that says "Updated editor (Recommended)".
Another solution to this is to use the HTML feature. I upload my pictures through photobucket and then copy the HTML code into my blog post. Then I click X-Large or Medium or whatever size I want the picture to be. It has saved me hours in the uploading and formatting department.
I upload videos through YouTube and then post the embed code on my blog. That cuts the video upload time down significantly. It takes about 30 seconds for a 2 minute video (may be faster or slower depending on your internet).
Good luck!
